In this paper, we consider a stochastic adsorbate-induced phase transition model. 
First, we prove the existence and uniqueness of global solution. 
Then, we estimate the long-time expectation of the adsorbate coverage rate of the surface and 
its average integral as well as the behaviour of solutions. Finally, numerical examples 
are presented to illustrate those results.
