We introduce a new class of operator means, called chaotic ones, 
which is a proper extension of that of Kubo and Ando \cite{KA}. 
From this point of view, we define chaotically quasi-arithmetic means 
and discussed inequalities in this class like Cooper's classical 
results \cite{C}.
