Let $R$ be a ring. In this note we study some properties of finitely
generated quasi p-injective Kasch $R-$modules and show that if
$M_R$ is a finitely generated quasi p-injective Kasch module, then
$M/RadM$ is semisimple if and only if $S$ is left finite
dimensional, where $S=end(M_R)$. This generalizes the result
obtained by Weimin Xue.
