In the theory of \textit{MV}-algebras, implicative ideals are studied by Hoo and Sessa. In this paper we investigate implicative ideals of pseudo \textit{MV}-algebras. (Pseudo \textit{MV}-algebras are a noncommutative generalization of \textit{MV}-algebras.) Some characterizations of such ideals are given. We prove that every ideal extension of an implicative ideal is implicative. It is also shown that if an ideal is prime and implicative, then it is maximal.
