This paper contains a generalization of fine 
uniform spaces and related properties. 
We consider some sequences which we call 
I-thick sequences in a regular topological space. 
We then obtain a generalization of the concept 
of Cauchy sequence in uniformisable spaces. 
The definitions and properties for complete 
regular topological space and uniformly 
continuous functions follow straighttforwards. 
We obtain a generalization of Baire's category 
theorem.
