We show that L-spaces in the sense of Nagami 
are hereditary, answering his question positively. 
As the application, we give the metrizability of 
a space in terms of its hyperspaces. We also show 
that both L-spaces and D-spaces coincide with 
each other under the condition of their large 
inductive dimension 0.
