This paper describes a new numerical calculation method for optimal 

control problems having control restrictions and adjustable parameters 

with constraint. The algorithm proposed in this paper is developed by 

applying the viewpoint of the grandient method. To verify the performance 

of the algorithm, three cases of computer simulation are provided.
