In this paper we shall prove that the following questions are negative for 
strong paracompactness, orthocompactness, star-Lindel\"ofness and normality : Does a $\sigma$-product satisfiy a topological 
property $P$ if every finite subproduct of the $\sigma$-product satisfies $P$ ?
