In this paper we prove some inequalities for M\"{\rm o}bius
transformations and discrete groups in ${\overline{R}}^{n}$. 
We also get several
sufficient and necessary conditions that two elements of M\"{\rm o}bius
group M(${\overline{R}}^n$) have a common fixed point.
