The concept of \lq \lq trice " was introduced in \cite{horiuchi:book}
and \cite{horiuchi:fuzzy-trice} 
for the purpose of using truth value of fuzzy sets. 

In this paper, we introduce the notion of  
 trice and some of its mathematical properties. 
Moreover, we shall show some typical concrete examples of trice 
including those having two delegates operations.
