We obtain inclusion relations and convolution characterization
for functions that are analytic in the open unit disk
and are bounded above by $1+(1-\alpha)({\pi}^2-6)/3,  \alpha<1.$ We also show that the class of such functions is invariant
under convolution with convex functions.
