Mathematica Japonica

Mathematica Japonica (MJ) was first published in 1948 and is one of the oldest journals in mathematics in Japan. Since 1979, six issues have been published every year. Mathematica Japonica includes not only the original papers but also, in the section International Plaza, survey/expository papers of various branches written by the invited world famous specialists.

Scientiae Mathematicae ( in Editione Electronica )

JAMS has begun to publish a new electronic journal named Scientiae Mathematicae (SCM) in May 1998. The accepted papers are published at this Web site without lead-time.

Scientiae Mathematicae (paper version)

Three issues (one volume) of the paper version of SCM are published every year.

From both domestic and abroad, excellent original papers of Pure Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Information Science, or Computer Science are submitted to both journals and published there.
